ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESSING

When an order is placed with Recrooms.com you will receive an automatic computer generated order confirmation by email indicating that your order was received.


The typical lead time for processing and shipping an order is 24-48 hours based upon the item(s) being in stock. Some items are drop-shipped and require 3-5 day lead time. Once the order has shipped Recrooms.com will send an email with the shipper, ship date and tracking/pro number.


We try to keep the stock status up-to-date but on occasion items may go out of stock or become unavailable without notice to us. If this should happen we will promptly notify you that the item(s) you have ordered are out of stock or are back-ordered.


Recrooms.com accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. In addition we accept PayPal, cash and checks.


PRICE MATCH

If before you purchase at Recrooms.com you find the same product offered online at a lower delivered pre-tax price, please supply the web site URL with the page of the exact same item at a lower price. If we can verify the price, that the item is new, in stock, is sold by an authorized dealer and includes the manufacturer's warranty, we will match the price for new sales.


Our price match is valid when the named online competitor is an authorized dealer of the product and is selling a non-auction, new, in-stock item with warranty at or above the manufacturer's wholesale cost plus our standard order processing cost of 10%. This offer may not be used in combination with any other promotional offers. Recrooms.com reserves the right to refuse any order or price match if the preceding terms are not met or cannot be verified.


Note: Recrooms.com will not price match the Super Chexx dome hockey games by ICE.


SHIPPING INFORMATION

Recrooms.com will either ship your order UPS Ground or LTL curbside via common carrier (semi-truck) depending upon the weight and/or package dimensions.


To view the actual UPS shipping charge for your order you will need to add the items to the cart and go to checkout. There is a Shipping Calculator that will apply the shipping charge when you insert the Ship To Zip Code, State, and select the shipping method.


When an item is denoted as free UPS shipping or free curbside shipping this service is provided for the continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are subject to shipping and handling charges.


Common carrier (LTL) truck shipments have three delivery service levels:


Curbside Free delivery option included with each game table. You will be contacted when your shipment arrives at the delivering terminal nearest your location to set up a delivery day and window of time. Deliveries can be scheduled M-F from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The truck will pull up curbside. A minimum of two people must be present to accept delivery of game tables. A minimum of four people will be necessary for larger game tables such as shuffleboard or commercial air hockey. The truck drivers are not responsible for off-loading, but most will usually assist. This delivery requires you to take the game off the back of the truck, lower it to the ground, and get it to where it needs to be. No lift gate is included with this delivery option, but can always be included for an additional fee.


Optional Inside Delivery - This service is available for an additional charge of $149 for those that just need the game brought into a location. All shipments will be sent via common carrier to a third party in-home delivery company. You will be contacted by the in-home delivery company when your shipment arrives at their location to set up a delivery day and window of time. Deliveries can be scheduled M-F from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or Saturday morning between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. This delivery includes two drivers who will take the product off the truck and place it inside the room of your choice, product will be unboxed and the packing materials will be removed. This delivery does not include product setup, and total delivery time cannot exceed 30 minutes. This delivery option will add a minimum of ten additional delivery days over the standard curb-side delivery.


Complete In-Home Setup This service is available for an additional charge which is posted on the website for each individual product. All shipments will be sent via common carrier to a service company in your area that has been contracted with Recrooms.com to deliver, install and set up your game table. You will be contacted by the service company once they have received your game at their location to set up a delivery day and time. The service company will bring your game out, completely set it up, ensure it is working, and remove the debris. This delivery option will add a minimum of ten additional delivery days over the standard curbside delivery.


Most LTL carriers will levy additional charges when shipping into remote areas or limited access delivery areas. If additional charges are incurred customer will be responsible for covering the surcharge as accessed by the carrier.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - CANADA
When selecting UPS Standard Ground Canada the shipping charge calculated on your order is for the actual transportation charge only to ship the package from our warehouse to your location. You will be responsible for any international charges due once the package has reached the border.


A broker is required to clear a shipment thru customs when shipping larger game tables into Canada via a common carrier (LTL truck). Customer will need to provide Recrooms.com with the name of the broker you intend to use as well as telephone and fax numbers for them. Customer will be responsible for the broker fee and any international charges (GST; HST) due once the shipment has reached the border.


UPS EXPEDITED SHIPPING

UPS expedited shipping is available for most products. Orders must be placed M-F before 12 pm EST and all items must be in inventory. Some items ship direct from the manufacturer or distributor and expedited shipping options are not available. Recrooms.com will send an email if expedited shipping is not available for the items you selected.


Please note that neon products do not ship (ground or expedited) into Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.

RECEIVING FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

In order to protect our customers it is imperative that all shipments be inspected upon delivery! When a freight shipment is delivered to your location it will be necessary to sign a Delivery Receipt (DR) acknowledging receipt of the game. Please keep in mind that your signature not only acknowledges that you received the game but also the condition you received the game in.


If the game arrives visually damaged please refuse the shipment and call us immediately. Recrooms.com will file the freight claim and make the necessary arrangements in getting a replacement to you and the salvage picked up. Recrooms.com requires all damages to be reported within 24 hours.


If you cannot visually see damage but suspect concealed damage could be a possibility please ask the driver to let you open the box to inspect the item. If the driver refuses to wait it is imperative to mark the Delivery Receipt (DR) accordingly Possible Concealed Damage -Subject to Inspection - box has several dents, box is torn on end, pallet is destroyed, forklift marks, etc. If possible take photos. Save the boxes. Concealed damage must be reported to the freight carrier and to Recrooms.com within 24 hours.


If you sign the Delivery Receipt (DR) without any notations you have accepted the shipment as is.


MANUFACTURER DEFECT

If upon inspection you find a manufacturer defect, we will do everything necessary to repair or replace your game to factory specifications.


RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return your order within 30 days of the order date you may return for a full refund, less any/all shipping fees incurred and a 20% restocking fee for any item that has not been used and is in its original condition. The product cannot have been assembled or used in any way. The product must be in the original box, in resale condition, with the original packaging material. Return shipping charges and arrangements will be the responsibility of the customer.


Please do not return any items without contacting us first! We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number before any item can be returned to us. Recrooms.com will refuse any returns not clearly marked with an RA number. We will not issue any credit for freight shipments that were refused upon delivery and therefore returned to us.
